Shipping options are calculated at checkout.

Shirts

Shirts are sent from the printing centre closest to you. This gives you the lowest shipping cost and, depending on your location, can save duty/import tax. If a design is not available in your region you can still purchase the shirt and it will be shipped from where it is printed.

Usually, shirt orders take 3–7 days to fulfill, after which they are shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Items sent within Australia

Standard Australia Post prices apply.

Items sent overseas from Australia

Australia Post has expensive prices for overseas shipping.

Some items can be sent as an economy airmail letter which has the lowest cost, but lacks tracking. If you choose this option, please note that we won’t be able to provide tracking or refunds.

Customs

An additional customs and tax fee may apply to international orders, depending on your region.

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary widely for every country.

Please check with your local customs office directly to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchases.

Wrong/damaged product

To resolve this quickly:

  • Email us at [email protected] within one week.
  • Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any relevant details.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Returns

We can’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected].

Refunds

Refunds are only offered for wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply:

  2. Include photos of the wrong/damaged items.
